I realy realy dislike it when a instructional video tricks you. You guys took the part out how to hook the horizontal pipe in the second slot because that is a bit more tricky or needs a chair to stand on. This makes the video misleading. Thumbs down for cutting that part out.
Yes, set up is easy but not if you're 5'2" on the portable ones. If using heavy drapes, you'll need to load your drape at the 8/10' level from a ladder as the crossbar then becomes too heavy to lift....and you can't reach it anyway. Please make a portable, adjustable height pipe & drape for us vertically challenged folks.

Can this be used outdoors? Also is it strong enough for a windy day outside?
what do you think yourself? asking the question is knowing the answer. It of course cannot be used outside as the littlest blow of wind takes the whole structure down.

All the parts are metal, the bases are steel and the uprites and crossbars are aluminum.
